When you use SelfCare, you trust us with your personal data. We are committed to maintaining this trust. This starts with helping you understand our privacy practices. The Privacy Policy hereby explains SelfCare's rules regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data when using our Service and the choices regarding such data from users of both the Site and App, which are available free of charge on the App Store and Google Play.

Scope
This Notice applies to users of SelfCare Services anywhere in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including users of SelfCare applications, websites, other features, or services. We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to grant SelfCare the right to collect and use information in accordance with this Policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.
Data sets and uses
Data provided by users.
This includes: User Profile: We collect data when users create or update their SelfCare accounts. This may include your name, email, phone/mobile number, login name and password, address, payment or banking information (including relevant payment verification information).
Demographic Data: We may collect demographic data about Users, including through User Surveys. User Content: We collect information that Users submit when they contact SelfCare customer support, submit reviews, compliments, or complaints. This may include notes, photographs, or other recordings that users collect.
Data generated while using our services

This includes, Location Data: We collect exact or approximate location data from the User's mobile device if it has been enabled by the User to do so. For Drivers and Partner Service Providers, SelfCare collects this data when the app is running in the foreground (app open and on screen) or background (app open but not on screen) of their mobile device.
Transaction Information: We collect transaction information related to the use of our services, including the type of services requested or provided, order details, delivery information, the date and time the service was provided, the amount calculated, the distance traveled, and the method of payment. Additionally, if someone uses your promotion code, we may associate your name with that person.
Usage data: We collect data about how users interact with our services. This includes data such as access dates and times, app features or pages viewed, app crashes, other system activity, browser type, and third-party sites or services used prior to interacting with our services. In some cases, we collect this data through cookies, pixels, tags and similar tracking technologies that create and maintain unique identifiers. How do we use personal data?
SelfCare uses data for several purposes:

Improving user service - the information provided makes it easier for us to communicate with users and meet their requests more efficiently.

Improving your personal user experience - We may use the information we collect to study how the site and application are used in aggregate and make it easier for us to know the needs of users as a group and thus improve the features provided to them.

Agreeing to the aforementioned terms
By using the SelfCare application you agree to the terms mentioned here. If you do not agree to it, you can stop using the application. Also, your continued use in the event of a modification to the Privacy Policy is considered an implicit acceptance of its contents.
